Political Vision

Community Leader

It has been the greatest honor of Ryan’s life to serve the residents of Michigan’s 39th District as their State Representative. He has fought to make government work for real people and is asking for your support to elect him as Michigan’s attorney general so he can uphold the rule of law and continue fighting to make sure government does what it’s supposed to do – but ONLY what it’s supposed to.

Husband and Father

Ryan is a lifelong resident of our community. He has been married to his college sweetheart Stacie for 16 years. They have two daughters, Sloane and Morgan.

Attorney

Ryan has been licensed since 2005. He previously sat on the Character & Fitness Committee of the State Bar, as well as the Criminal Jurisprudence & Practice Committee. Ryan has been recognized as a “DBusiness Top Lawyer” in 2018 and 2019 for Criminal Law, and as a US Business News “Best Michigan Civil Litigation Lawyer” in 2018.

Fighter for Justice

As a former prosecutor, and advisor to police departments and local governments, Ryan understands how good laws and law enforcement protect people – and how outdated laws, uncaring bureaucracies and red tape hurt people.

Ryan is currently a Reserve Police Officer, and previously served as a Reserve Deputy with the Oakland County Sheriff's Office. Ryan was also formerly a Special Assistant State Attorney.
